According to me, for adults workshops and campaigns should be conducted to make them aware about the importance of education. Also, equality should be given preference so there should be no partiality between the male and the female child for education.
According to me, by increasing female teaching staff, performing workshops which includes examples about women empowerment which creates awareness is necessary for education of tribal parents.
According to me, to minimize the dropout of women and reserved category one should take following measure :- Hostel facility Pre matric scholarshi Incentives
ask students n parent only regarding there problems n provide with them proper solution n guidance. even ask for solution from them only, what could be the solution of the problem of not going school?
restructuring school tasks to draw one wider rands of abilities, group tuitions with a tutor or a mentor, requires enhancement in quality of teaching & curriculum, take help from older students as peer mentors for younger students
in some places the dropouts are also because the schools are at faraway distance and also because of lack of sanitation facility for girls. so according to me schools should be at the nearby distance and there should be at nearby distance and there should be proper sanitation facility. attitude of the teacher towards both girls and boys should be nuterl. government should start certain policy to promote female education.

According to me free education or education at very low cost shold be provided . We should give details on importance of girl education to their parents
setting up schools , education scheme centers, innovative school center to be built within 0ne km of distance from their house for enrolled children and dropouts.Organizing main stream campus out of school for tribal and girl child.Amending the school calender in tribal area to fit the availability patter of children. Providing context specific intervention in the form of hostel or facilities as per requirements. Attaching anganwadi and balwadi with the school so that younger siblings are taken care of and girls can easily study.
special plans should be made for nomads and migrating people.Employing community based teachers.Monitoring attendance and retention of children from weaker section regularly.Providing flexibility in term of timing, learning modalities and etc.
